Educational use
SaunaLMN summarizes published research and public tax guidance for general education. It is not medical, tax or legal advice. Using the site does not create a doctor-patient, advisory or other professional relationship.
No eligibility decisions
We do not determine whether any expense qualifies for an HSA, FSA, HRA or tax deduction. A licensed medical practitioner, such as a physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant, decides whether a treatment is medically necessary for a patient. A plan administrator decides whether to reimburse a claim. For an HSA, you are responsible for showing that a withdrawal was for a qualified medical expense.
Letter drafts
Letter drafts on this site are optional templates. A clinician may use, change or discard them. A letter is valid only if the clinician independently agrees with it and signs it. Do not alter a signed letter or present a draft as a clinician's opinion.
Health and safety
