Your health answers never leave your browser.
What you enter
The Start tool runs entirely in your browser. The therapy, conditions, answers and names you enter are held in the page's memory while the tab is open. They are not sent to us or anyone else, not put in the page address, not written to cookies or browser storage, and they disappear when you close or reload the tab. Copying or printing your brief happens on your device.
What your browser sends anyway
Like any website, our hosting provider receives standard request information when you load a page: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. It is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse and diagnose errors, and is retained only as long as the provider's standard logs. Page addresses on this site never contain health information.
Analytics and cookies
We do not use advertising trackers, social media pixels or cookies that follow you across sites. We may use cookie-free analytics that count page views in aggregate. Your Start answers are never part of that data.
If you email us, we use your message only to reply and to fix any error you report. Please do not send us medical records.
Children
SaunaLMN is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
